Organic Cipher Revision
I used 13 numbers going back and forth on my first attempt at an organic cipher and although it served me well with compatible decodes….I felt that it wasn’t a true realistic cipher.
This is my second attempt at a more realistic organic cypher using all 26 numbers in the alphabetic order. It goes something like this:
a b c d e f g h i j k l m
1 / 25 / 3 / 23 / 5 / 21 / 7 / 19 / 9 / 17 / 11 / 15 / 13
n o p q r s t u v w x y z
26 / 2 / 24 / 4 / 22 / 6 / 20 / 8 / 18 / 10 / 16 / 12 / 14
Note that each column sum to 27 similar to the ordinal and reverse ordinal ciphers
Also note the wave-like pattern that the arrangement makes with the numbers….truly similar to what is found in nature. The cipher looks and feels more organic with continuous movements back and forth and up and down.
This is what I will be using for my (O) Organic decodes from now on. I really think the decodes are going to be more accurate than my first attempt.
