USE
IT OR LOSE IT
If
the human body sit on his butt all day, there will be consequences
that will reflect on your health. If you were healthy a few months
ago and now you're limping and walking slowly then sitting and not
using your muscles will impact your state of health. Walking for a
long length of time will pump fresh blood throughout your body as
oppose to sitting and letting your heart idle.
Did
you know that perspiring is a method of detoxing the body of
substances that the human body doesn't want so exercise and perspire
away to a more healthy being. Another method of detoxing the body of
harmful chemicals is to insure that your liver doesn't have to work
OVERTIME to filter out the waste products. Anything you such as
smoking and alcohol will impact your liver and it will have to work
harder to filter out the toxins. If your bowel movements are
difficult then you need to think about your habits and adjust them to better your health.
Millions
of Coffee shops are doing brisk business and why are they doing so
well??? Brewed coffee either in shops or at home is a health
benefit. Stores selling coffee makers have whole sections dedicated
to selling coffee beans and coffee makers. So give coffee a try and
you'll be pleasantly surprised at the benefits and its impact on your
health.
