The Survival Three's, Foods and the Cholesterol Myth

I want to explain that if it takes three weeks for a person to starve then it's reasonable for the foods eaten one or two day ago to still be in your body digesting away. Then if you apply logical thoughts, you'd come to the conclusion that you can skip a meal or two and stay healthy.

Interesting that the vitamins would code as 88 but it's how you interpret what vitamins you take into your body. Vitamins are more beneficial than what the code is suggesting.
Note that Carbon has the 26 GOD code and I would interpret that as being good to the body. Your body is a carbon base organism so you should intake carbon in the form of burnt or toasted foods. Carbon is found to detoxify the body of harmful drugs and chemicals.
