This decode is response from a Youtuber that talks about a EMP attack that is emminent and it will blackout the nation of America and plunge the citizens into months of darkness. If this is true then the EMP attack will originate on the power grids and not from a nuclear explosion detonated in the atmosphere causing widespread blackouts throughout the nation. Think on this ….a nuclear detonation that will blackout the entire nation. One nuclear device can cause an entire nation’s power grid to become inoperable….I think not.

Note that the Manhattan Project has a “Recapitalization” code which was use to generate debt from the massive amount of equipment and jobs generated from the creation of the “ Unphotographable” Bomb meaning that it is INVISIBLE. Every explosion was done by the mainstream media and not by the “Nonenergetically” energy from the atomic bomb.
