During
the 50’s when the nuclear bomb was commonplace knowledge the
government created a Civil Defense film teaching primarily children
to DUCK AND COVER. I wanted to find out what the numbers decodes to
and you see before you MOCKERY and PROPAGANDA….two items that
governments do so well.
The
choice of BERT The TURTLE was done to get the number codes which is
more propaganda and mockery. I found it unusual to dress Bert with a
BOW TIE and it was done to yet again to code MOCKERY and PROPAGANDA.
So
if you remember or have participated in the DUCK and COVER
drill...you’ll be happy to know that the government was laughing at
you when you co-operated and willing submit to their MOCKERY.
