Weather Manipulation OR Mainstream Media's Salesmanship?

Weather Warfare....Real Or Mainstream Propaganda??

The weather been miserable lately so I begin to ponder….is it just nature or is it weather manipulation?? The decode above convinced me that the weather is naturally changing by the seasons and is not manipulated by H.A.A.R.P. or any outside influences. (See my previous HARRP blog) If you think that this decode is accurate then it’s the mainstream medias that is the culprits. They have the incentives and resources to manipulate the weather via reporting false data or contrived data. The definitive word that would desscribe WEATHER WARFARE, in my mind is SUPERSALESMANSHIP, in which the mainstream medias excels at on many levels.

To influence the weather would take infinite amounts of resources to even start to change the weather, as if changing it is feasible. I remember the ridiculous but true saying IF IT’S NOT ON TELEVISION...THEN IT’S NOT TRUE or something similar. The mainstream medias have the power of televised propaganda to manipulate the minds of the masses.
