The picture decode is easy to decipher when one looks at the obvious fakery of the photograph. The decode verifies that Charles Ponzi is a mainstream medias creation and is a fictional person. One wonders why they would be so revealing when they could have used a unphotoshopped picture but if they wanted to be exposed then that’s the way to do it. I supposed they never thought that anyone would exposes their mainstream deceptions and lies.
