If a person want to start a business he can get the funds needed to rent out an office space then assuming that this building has three floors...an upstairs....a main existing restaurant space and a basement.

Someone is willing to invest and pay for the rent and if he agrees then he should decide to start up the restaurant with hired or bartered help or both.
