Take the common cold germ and/or flu germ and give it a new name (COVID-19). Then Government tells you (that we have a pandemic) it'll spread if emergency measures are'nt taken.
Businesses shut down, unemployment follows. social distancing is the norm....and whatever else that you can think of.
